For much of my life I was overweight. I'm talking up to 230 pounds...and I'm not tall enough for that much. I ate whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted, and as much as I wanted. So much, in fact, I'd get to the point of wanting to throw up. Yeah, you could call me a binge eater. 


I was obese, depressed, and sick.


Long-term chronic stress only made it worse. Then, I developed gastrointestinal problems. Maybe you know what I'm talking about...constipation, bloating, gas, and severe episodes of pain in my colon. All this before I was even 30.

After several visits to the doctor, I was diagnosed with Crohns disease. That was the final straw. It was then I made a conscious decision to take back control of my health. I knew my life...depended on it.  


I studied everything I could find about nutrition and alternative health. Slowly, but surely, I made some lifestyle changes. And you know what? My outlook on life began to change, too.


  • Regular colonics

  • Drinking more water

  • Eating a healthy diet of vegetables, fruits, nuts, whole grains, and lean meats

  • Regular exercise


Not only did I lose 95 pounds...I also healed myself. 


Over the past 25 years I've experienced awesome health benefits from colonics. And I'm blessed to be able to share the colonics experience with others. I believe it can help many people overcome challenging health issues.
